Refund policy

At A Dose of STEM, we want you to love every item you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help make it right.


1. Terms of Return

 

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original tags or packaging intact.
  • Science kits must be unopened and unused due to safety and hygiene reasons.

 


2. Reasons for Return

We gladly accept returns for the following reasons:

 

  • You received the wrong product, size, or item.
  • The item arrived damaged or defective.
  • You are unsatisfied with your purchase (for apparel only, and subject to inspection).

 

Please note: Items marked as final sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.


3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

 

  1. Email our customer support team at support@adoseofstem.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
  2. Once your request is reviewed, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. You may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

 

Please do not send your purchase back without prior authorization.


4. Refund Process

 

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider, as processing times can vary.

 


5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please contact us first. We’ll guide you through the exchange process or recommend placing a new order once the original item is returned.
