Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
A Dose of STEM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Damaged Items
